Hey guys!
I am GM for two groups, one is quite small (3 players accompanied with an NPC) and a big one (6 players, quite powerful.)
They are all level 7, and we are hyped to some sort of halloween ish themed session. I am not certain I will be able to make a decent session with this theme, or in time for that matter, so I am thinking of buying a module for this occasion. Not more than 10-15 USD if possible.
Preferably, this shouldn't last more than one session, which is maximum 5 hours, but if the module is good enough, I can push it to two whole sessions (maximum 10 hours).
So, is there any halloween themed modules you recommend?
It can either be mimicry of famous halloween movie starts such as Frankenstein, Dracula, Freddy Krueger etc.
Or using undeads, werewolves or other iconic "scary monsters".

Expedition to Castle Ravenloft is more of a campaign, but it has advice in it on how to run it as a Halloween one shot, though it's 3.5 and I think the one shot version is more geared towards 9th level characters.
There is a discussion on converting this to Pathfinder in the conversion threads. The main thing mentioned is having to bump the CRs of the encounters up 1-4 levels. That would seem to say that the 7th level party could be run thru the one shot version just fine.

I second Carnival of Tears. Easy to scale and a great module.
My players will never forget it or let me forget what I did to them :)

Run the "Misgivings" section of The Skinsaw Murders. It's a classic haunted house adventure, fairly light on combat but heavy in atmosphere. It would work very well as a stand-alone with relatively little tinkering. It's written for a 4-character party of level 6 PCs.
+1 to this; that haunted house is the single best Pathfinder session I have ever run, and is a fantastic Halloween adventure.
It would be tight to run it in 5 hours, though. You'd have to be really on the ball. Ten hours is definitely doable, though.
