Earthbreaker... what is the attack bonus for it?

I am going to use the Earth breaker but i have no clue how to calculate my attack bonus... Can someone please explain?

Melee Attack bonus: Base Attack Bonus + Strength Modifier + any other bonuses you may have - any penalties you may have.

Examples of 'other' Bonuses: Circumstance, Competence, Luck, Insight, Sacred, Profane, Size, any bonuses from feats (such as Weapon Focus), and anything else that says you have an attack bonus.

Penalties can come from many sources. Too many to list.

It's the same as for any other melee weapon, as outlined by Gauss.
