This is a little of Web and a little PFS so move it if needed.
Web
I found in the PFS reporting your event thread that only the account that makes the an event can report on it. Is this still the case? If not how do you add people?
PFS
If it is still the case and it is not going to change anytime soon. Can I create an account for no other reason then to create and report on a Convention? I would rather not share my "toothbrush" so people can help report the event. I know you can also just create the same event name and have it generate a new event code to have lots of people report. What would the Paizo preferred method be? A Convention only account or many event codes for the same event.
Thanks!

Don, If you look at the link I provided the advice to create shadow events came from Mark Moreland.
I have heard that the reporting at GenCon was done at the convention by many people at the same time. So either there is a way for more then one person to report, they created a shadow account or someone had to share a password. I am just trying to find out the preferred alternate method.

Shadow accounts are not shadow events.
Also, Mark is suggesting a last resort type of work-around if the event coordinator has failed to report the event, not a standard process in which to assist in data entry.
GenCon was coordinated by Paizo and Paizo can do whatever they want. It is their system. Just because they do it, doesn't mean we are allowed to.
