If a character is sleeping and somebody enters his room a perception check should warn him about it right? However been sleeping shouldn’t create¬ some kind of penalty (disadvantage) on the roll? Any RAW for that?

Actually, its not a -10 modifier on the Perception check in Pathfinder. Its a +10 to the Perception DC. The result is the same, though.
