Both Rogues and Ninjas can acces a combat feat with the combat trick.
Now the description of that is rather short and what i just asked myself, can that be any combat feat? Do they have to meet the prerequs or not?
If not, that would change quite a bit actually.

I just opened up Hero Lab to check. They have to meet the prereqs.
Yeah thought so, but too bad^^
Otherwise you could just take Combat Trick: Moonlight Stalker and have a lot of fun hehe.
