Does Dimensional Lock prevent the use or opening of extra-dimensional spaces spells or magic items like rope trick or magnificent mansion, or a portable hole or bag of holding? The books are pretty vague about this.
My reference is to the final battle in War of the Witch Queen, this could mean life or death to a party in a portable hole!
