Order #2171220 missing item / incorrect item

I received 2 packages for this order - which is fine. The first one containing 5 items was correct as listed on the packing slip.

The second one, containing 2 items was incorrect.

The flip-mat was correct.
The other item says that it was the goblin plush... but it wasn't. It was issue 1 of the comic subscription (and I am a bit disappointed that it was bent on the bottom right corner and not in a proper bag/backboard).
