Sulis and two weapon fighting

I have a question about the Sulis' racial ability elemental assault. If she were to use TWF, would the elemental d6 of damage apply twice? And a follow up question, could she use two different elements per hand? Thanks in advance.

The ability applies to all attacks with Unarmed Strikes, or weapons held in those hands for one round per level.

So, whether you are two weapon fighting, or making AoOs, or whatever, it applies.
