Dearest Golems and Goblins,

You can imagine my joy when I walked onto my front porch this afternoon and was faced with a whopping big box o' Paizo goodness. You guys sure do ship stuff fast.

Sadly, my woo's turned to boo's when I opened up my goodies to find that my Huge Black Dragon miniature had apparently been the target of a Sunder attack at some point. His right wing is completely snapped off at the base, and he will spend the rest of his days flying in depressing clockwise circles.

I don't suppose you have any of these floating around that are a little more hale and hearty? The PCs are going to wet their chainmail undies laughing at this guy.

I sent an e-mail, as well, just in case that's the better tack for this sort of thing.

You'll actually be better off going to the manufacturer for your replacement. The WizKids Support Page has a tool set up to get replacements for damaged miniatures.

So, I just went to their Support page through your link, where one can create a replacement package.

They have two relevant options - Pathfinder Heroes and Monsters and Pathfinder Rise of the Runelords.

Neither of these two options includes the Huge Black Dragon as a chooseable package.

Heroes and Monsters includes Miniatures A01 through A40.
Rise of the Runelords includes Miniatures B01 through B61.

Oh! I am so sorry! It totally didn't register with me that you were talking about that Black Dragon! I mindlessly gave you the rote answer for normal Battles Minis.

Yes. This guy is a special piece, because he was the case premium for the Heroes and Monsters set. I will put a replacement miniature into your sidecart to go out with your next subscription and I apologize for my thickheadedness inadvertently giving you the runaround.

Imma go sit in the corner and be embarrassed for bit...
