Balancing guided weapon for pathfinder

i know that some of you would love to argue that this isn't unbalanced, but if you want to do that please use another thread. with that being said let me state the reason i don't readily accept this property.
allows wis for attack rolls
allows wis for damage rolls
usable on anyweapon
all for the low price of +1 weapon property
i was hoping to see different takes on how to balance this to pathfinder power level using agile as a comparison. my first thought was to make it a +3 cost but community brainstorming leads toward more productive solutions.

+1 weapon property for favored weapons

when it is the favored weapon of a deity and the user is a follower (or only divine magic user) of this deity then you can use WIS instead of STR or DEX for attack and damage

this makes it very specific, but with more flavor

Hmm....I'd say, ban the enchantment, and suggest the use of Guided Hand, but I take it you'd rather keep it as a weapon property. Maybe modify it so it duplicates that feat? (This pretty much aligns with what widuj suggested.)

i rather like that idea, as it fits to the name of the property. i would still allow non-divine casters this property too.

cannon fodder: my problem with that feat was how class specific it was, and would require dipping for many classes to use.

Maybe adjust it to a +2 weapon property for your home game?

Silver Crusade

Make it Wis-to-attack OR Wis-to-damage at +1 cost (ability does not stack with itself) ; and Wis-to-attack-and-damage at +3 cost.

Scarab Sages

I think if the verbiage said, "lets your wisdom score replace your strength score for purposes of weapon attacks" then it would cover the TWF offhand advantage that guided allows also, which would result in better balace.
