Well, Alchemists can learn new extracts by rooting around in a wizard's spell book, so I don't see why not. Though there is a question that comes to my mind, it is this line:

Extracts are NOT spells. This won't work as written. James Jacobs, who originally wrote the Alchemist class, said he thinks it SHOULD be allowed to work, but as it's written it does not.
