2 questions (Divine Hunter and Contingency Spell)

First... i was looking at the Divine hunter class and noticed that it's level 14 ability replaces a level 17 pally class feature... i didn't think an archtype's ability could replace a higher level class ability.

Second... If you state for contingency, for example "Hp going below 50%" would this interrupt a chars full attack action, say a fighter is attacking a caster with 4 attacks with that and on his 2nd attack he knows the monster below 50% hp would that proc his contingency or does it wait until all attacks are made..

It is not uncommon for archetypes to trade out differently leveled abilities. The idea is that you get a slightly weaker (or usually, more specific) ability sooner and lose the more useful (or more general) ability later. So there is a trade-off.

Contingency will occur immediately when the conditions are met. In this case, it would happen after the 2nd attack because the second attack caused the event.
