Can someone tell me why this order is still pending instead of having been processed? I requested that my payment be re-tried over a week ago.
Surely someone's capable of running a credit card in less than five business days?
Your order is in the shipping queue and we will be getting it shipped out as soon as possible. The card will be reprocessed when the order is shipped.
