In a meeting this morning we talked about some of our own computer-use policies and such and I thought of something Paizo may want to consider adding to its "format your text" options.
In my experience most of the links I and my fellow Paizonians post are appropriate, but there are occasional links to "adult" websites. Perhaps posters can provide a "warning" for these Links.

Yeah, we're not crazy about links to random porn sites or whatever. But there are some sites that can be both fine and adult at the same time, depending on what page you link to, e.g., deviantART. If you're linking to something that some people might find offensive, it's polite to put a "NSFW" ("not safe for work") annotation next to the link. If you find a link that's missing such a hint that ought to have it, use the flagging system. "BBCode markup/display problem" works well for this purpose.

I'm not sure if I should be more concerned that you order and categorize it or that the source of the link to said questionable content is a pony ...
But as to the OP, while having an additional means of notation could have some merit, I think you'd have more instances of unmarked NSFW links, at least in the short term. Currently I see more folks utilizing the NSFW notation pretty frequently, so I'm not sure how big of a deal it really is.
