Shipping Address Problems

I entered a new shipping address at the local UPS store. However, I noticed when I got today's shipping notification that an incomplete address was used. I tried to change this twice today, but it keeps discarding part of the shipping address. (Or it isn't displaying the shipping address accurately which is also a problem).

It sounds like the UPS Store needs information in the address that is being tossed out by our address standardization. Please send me an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the address as it should look. Make sure to point out the relevant information that is being clipped off and I will see if I can include it in such a way that it will get through the standardization.

Unfortunately, however, that shipping notification you received today was your notice that:

Your shipping confirmation email wrote:
"This order has been processed and finalized for shipment. It can no longer be altered."

...so the package is now in it's way to the address as written on that notification.

I realize that, but I tried to change it for my account, so my subscriptions would be delivered properly and your web site is not allowing me to do so.

I also sent an email - I had an order delivered there without problem, but it appears the subscription software handles address differently.

I received your email and I've updated your address in our system. It should now be displaying the full address for your subscription shipments. You should be able to confirm this on your My Subscriptions page. Will you be able to receive your current package from the UPS Store with the missing aspect of its address? If you need further assistance let us know.

It looks good in the system. I will call the UPS store and warn them about the package with the incomplete address. I would think they will be able to handle it.
