A belt of incredible dexterity has this line:
"Treat this as a temporary ability bonus for the first 24 hours the belt is worn."
Does this mean that after wearing the belt for more than 24 hours, a character with 11 dex could qualify for feats that require a dex of 13? Would he lose the benefit of the feat if he were to take off the headband?
