Combine orders Shipping this month?

As not to get completely hosed by shipping costs, is there any way to combine orders #2235277 and order #1348099? If it means waiting for a few more days or even a week I'd be fine with that.

I've moved the item from order 1348099 to order 2235277 and sent you a new confirmation email which should reflect the change.
