Martial Arts Master (Ex)
At 4th level, a martial artist may use his monk level to qualify for feats with a fighter level prerequisite when those feats are applied to unarmed strikes or weapons with the monk special quality.
This ability replaces slow fall.
Does this mean that any time I get slow fall instead I can choose a feat. Or does it mean when I get a feat at 5th level I can choose a fighter feat. Ie weapon focus?

For example at level 4 you could take Weapon Specialisation, which normally only fighters can take.
Where does that come from?
Combat FeatsAny feat designated as a combat feat can be selected as a fighter's bonus feat. This designation does not restrict characters of other classes from selecting these feats, assuming that they meet the prerequisites.

Isn't that part only for the purpose of taking them as a Fighter Bonus Feat, but has nothing to do, with normal Feat gained at leveling up.

I'd love if that were true... But i've never seen anything under prerequistes that don't MEAN... prerequiste.
Barbarians, Clerics, paladins... they ALL have feats that are specific ONLY to thier specific class...
I assume that THESE are what set 'fighters' apart from 'those who can fight'...
In fact... just scanning the list of 'combat feats' http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats
I don't see very many at ALL that list 'fighter X' in the prereq section. A lot of BAB +X.... but not Fighter level X

It means that a 4th level martial artist is treated as if he were a 4th level fighter for selecting feats that have the prerequisite 'fighter-only'. Each level thereafter, a martial artist is treated as if he were a fighter of the same level, for the purpose of being able to select the following specific feats (omitting other prerequisites for clarity here):
Weapon Specialization (4th), Disruptive (6th), Greater Weapon Focus (8th), Spellbreaker (10th), Greater Weapon Specialization (12th), Penetrating Strike (12th), Critical Mastery (14th) and Greater Penetrating Strike (16th).
You still have to spend a feat on them, and you do NOT get additional bonus feats. No, you do not get a feat every time slow fall is listed in the monk chart; this ability replaces ALL OF THOSE with the option of selecting these feats.
