Antipaladin's touch of corruption.

I am playing in my friends evil campaign and I am a dhampir antipaladin. What I was curious about is the touch of corruption ability usable in a similar fashion to the paladin's lay on hands as long as I am healing myself that I can use it as a swift action?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. I do it a lot with undead anti-paladins in my games. If it's wrong, I don't want to be right.

That and anti-paladin graveknights make players cry.
