1 x Pathfinder Battles: Rise of the Runelords Case Bundle @ 519.98 = $519.98
1 x Pathfinder Battles: Rise of the Runelords Rune Giant @ 10.00 = $10.00
I do not want nor did I order the last four lines (all the minis). I -did- order a Case bundle and a rune giant, but I already received them last week. I DO NOT want a second shipment of RotRL minis. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM!

These minis are actually your subscription copies of these miniatures. You have your subscriptions set to hold for one monthly shipment, so your subscription copies have been sitting in your sidecart to go out with the next shipment: this one.
The Case Bundle you've already received came from order 2056743, which you placed on 05/05/12. This was a preorder placed in addition to your subscription.
If I just cancel the minis in your pending order, it will also cancel your Battles subscription. Therefore, if you would like to keep your subscription but only want one case bundle, I can turn the previous shipment into your subscription shipment, and then cancel the pending ones. Otherwise, I can jsut cancel the pending minis and your subscription.
I have suspended your order until I've heard back from you, so please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Provided it means that I will not get any more RotRL minis, but will get minis from the next batch (whenever that is), please do as you suggested. Turn the previous shipment into my subscription shipment and cancel the pending shipment (of miniatures).

Looks like the order was authorized before Cosmo put it on hold to get this stuff taken care of.
I have requested a reversal on the authorization, its now up to your bank to process it and remove the pending charge. Most process this within 24 hours, but sometimes it takes longer.
I've made the previously shipped minis part of your subscription and the pending subscription minis have been cancelled.
