Hi Guys

I'm getting worried about this order - It was shipped on the 13th, and was only supposed to take 6-10 business days. I've allowed a bit longer, partly because I thought it was on the 9-36 expectation, but also because of the Gen Con crush and possible customs stuff this end due to the Bestiary Box. I've just today received order 2217200, which was sent out on the 30th via standard post.

Your package has been in transit for 20 business days at this point. It's certainly overdue, but it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. It hasn't been returned to us, so it may just be delayed.

Please give it a bit more time, and if you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we will get you up with some replacements.
