The Nagaji language

I just noticed something reading Nagaji and Samsaran races.

Quote:
•Languages: Samsarans begin play speaking Common and Samsaran. Samsarans with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following: any human language, Abyssal, Aquan, Auran, Celestial, Draconic, Giant, Ignan, Infernal, Nagaji, Tengu, and Terran. See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.

So... does the Nagaji language not actually exist, or are Nagaji, with their racial -2 Int, so ****ing stupid that they don't even know their own racial language (or have it as a bonus language option!)?

Strange, I thought I saw Nagaji language in their description before ARG was added to d20pfsrd. It could be d20pfsrd error, however.

Someone with Dragon Empires Gazetter/Primer (whichever had race descriptions) could comment on this?

EDIT: Note that not every race has racial language. IIRC at least some of reptilian races use Draconic as their native language.

This is why I left open the possibility that the language doesn't actually exist. Still curious which is the answer, though.

The Nagaji write up on p. 10 of the Dragon Empires Gazetteer lists Nagaji as one of their starting languages, and the big list of languages in the Tien lands on p. 50 also lists Nagaji as its own language.

Page 5 of the Dragon Empires Primer also lists Nagaji as the Nagaji language in that race write up.

With the race being a Naga-kin, the Nagaji language probably doesn't exist, since no Naga in the Bestiaries has it.
There are also precedents of languages listed when they shouldn't exist at all, for example the Sceaduinar had the (non-existing) Daemon tongue in the original printing of Bestiary 2.

If the Nagaji were breed by Naga from actual humans the Nagaji language could be the tongue of their ancestors strongly influenced by language of the Naga that did the breeding.

However this might be distinction between setting-specific and generic Nagaji rules.
