'Sanctum of the Serpent God' missing pages

Hi,

I received my order of the full Serpent's Skull AP, and the last installment, "Sanctum of the Serpent God" is missing pages 64 thru 80 (so I'm missing the articles on the end of Beyond the AP, Ydersius' cult, Pathfinder's Journal, and the beginning of the Bestiary).

Is there a way to rectify this, like giving the missing pages in pdf format? It was Order #2077103.
