Rise of the runelords-Pathfinder Core rulebook compatibility

Rise of the Runelords

I am a GM from Greece on the verge of converting from the classic 3.5 edition of D&D to the Pathfinder roleplaying game.
I have purchased "rise of the runelords" which is formulated according to the still-standing 3.5 rules and I am ready to embark upon its contents as i already have with the 3 previous adventure paths (Shackled city, age of worms, savage tide). However, having already the Pathfinder Core rulebook in my possession i couldn't help but notice certain differences between this, and the 3.5 players handbook upon which the rise of the runelords is based.
I was wondering:Is there any republished rise of the runelords material compatible to the Pathfinder core rulebook available? Or do we have to use 3.5 edition rules until we make it to the fifth adventure path "council of thieves" whose rules are 100% in accordance with rules derived from the Pathfinder Core rulebook?
Thank you in advance.
Greetings and salutations from Greece.
May you always roll 20 on your d12s

Shadow Lodge

Check out the store, it was just released last month. Also, this is the Pathfinder Society Organized Play forum, you might get a better answer elsewhere...
