Where is the Monstrous Humanoid Shapechange?

I noticed we have a shapechanging spell for every type except construct, outsider and monstrous humanoid. While outsider and construct I can understand why isn't there one for monstrous humanoid? Or am I just missing it?

And fey. As far as I know they haven't made a polymorph spell for fey yet.
