A medium sized druid is facing down three medium sized enemies in the three squares directly in front of her (NW, N, and NE if looking straight down at the battlemap). Behind her are three allies (located SW, S, and SE). She decides to use Wild Shape to transform into a Tendriculos, a huge creature.
How does this work? Does she have to squeeze? Can she share certain spaces? Does she push people back (with a strength contest)?
What if they're all enemies? What if they're all allies?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I only find references like Enlarge Person, which are clearly specific cases and not a general ruling.
