Can you apply Reach Metamagic Feat to Color Spray?
Nope, it has to have a range of touch, short, or medium. Color Spray and other cones do not. The best you can get is Widen Spell for a similar effect, but it is much weaker and more costly in spell-levels.
Is widen ever worth the cost of the +3?
