Just something I though of is a modified punishment list when the PCs run their own ship after taking control for jerk-faces Plugg and Scourge.
Doing a bad job Rope bash. Keep messing up and get dropped at port until you learn how to do your job better.
ShirkingLash. More shirking=more lashes.
Fighting Knuckles and knees earns lashes for everyone involved and you fight it out on shore. Weapons gets you the sweatbox.
Stealing Sweatbox and banished from ship. Port or plank depends on the captain.
Killing crewmember Unless in self-defense you are keelhauled.
Betrayal of ship/crew Unless magically compelled you are keelhauled.
