OK I am just curious if the entanglement condition from Marid Spirit or Coldnsap would be considered "bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force."? If they are the person in question would not able to move.
The feats simply say "become entangled in ice" and do not state any more information. Marid Spirit does it when you hit with a melee attack using elemental fist (cold) when using the style and Coldsnap creates a 30ft long line.
No, they are not anchored or tethered. So they are capable of making an epic scene of slowly stalking toward the heroes while iced.
I understand Marid Spirit not working...but in my head when the coldsnap goes off it does a line of ice and traps the enemies in it with them anchored to the ground...
