In the case of there being an undead synthesist summoner, such as a vampire with levels in said class, when they fuse with their eidolon how does their hp or that of their Eidolon's work? Typically they, undead, use their CHA in place of CON since they don't have any, but here is a case where they do. Regardless the undead trait says:
•No Constitution score. Undead use their Charisma score in place of their Constitution score when calculating hit points, Fortitude saves, and any special ability that relies on Constitution (such as when calculating a breath weapon's DC).
I do believe they retain the undead typing, so doesn't the eidolon(at least while fused) use it's CHA for hp rolls? Or would only the Summoner's real HP use it's CHA, while the Eidolon's temp HP use it's own CON score?

Yeah I think they would still use the Eidolon's Con score for the temp HP, since the eidolon itself is of the outsider type, not the undead type, so it would have a Con score. This wouldn't affect the summoner's real HP in any way though.

I'm thinking this is the way I'm inclined to rule it(as I am the DM in this game), but it feels like such an exception to the way Synthesist Summoner's been ruled in the past.
As Mojorat points out, they should specifically use the eidolon's con and that affects their real Hp. If your eidolon has less con then the summoner, it lowers your real hp since you're using that while fused, and raises it back to normal when unfused. In this case, he doesn't use con though so it's very strange. I wish the S.S. was clearer. Regardless, I think I have my answer for now. Thanks.

For what it is worth, this situation is actually of benefit (normally) to the synth summoner. They can feed HP to the eidolon until they both hit 0, the eid *poofs* and the summoner gains back its additional HP instead of keeling over being dazed or helpless.
In the case of an undead summoner not so much as they are destroyed when they hit 0.

He wouldn't gain anything from it.
Normal Synth : Eidolon HP (as Temporary HP) + Summoner HP (adjusted for his new Con Score)
Vampire Synth: Eidolon HP (as Temporary HP) + Summoner HP (unadjusted because he gains nothing from CON)
Its the same as a Barbarian Vampire. They get no extra HP from Raging because they dont benefit from CON. The same as casting Bear's Endurance on an Undead does nothing for it. It doesnt have a CON so anything that adjust their CON score is ignored.
