Magus Question

Rules Questions

I have a question about the Magus. If a magus uses Spellstrike in conjunction with Spell Combat, does that mean he can perform a melee attack, cast one spell through his weapon, and cast another with his off-hand in the same action, with the normal penalties for using Spell Combat? Do I have that right?

If so, can all this be done as a standard action or a full-round action?

Thanks in advance.

no.
Spell combat is a full round action that lets a Magus cast a spell (with a cast time of a standard action or less) AND do all his normal attacks based on BAB.

Spell strike is a Magus ability that lets him DELIVER touch attack spells with his weapon (spells like shocking grasp, vampiric touch and so on.)

Most, if not all touch attack spells all give a Free touch attack to deliver it in the same round as it was cast, Spell strike lets a Magus deliver said charge from a spell with his weapon instead of a normal touch, you get to add weapon damage, BUT you target normal AC instead of touch AC.

for a more detailed look at it, read Grick's guide to touch spells.
