Order # 2173669

AWOL. I received order # 2176850 which was shipped 3 days *after* the missing Order # 2173669. I've repeatedly tried to contact the last post office on the tracking list to no avail (they tell me I should contact Paizo so I'm getting the run around). I understand Gen Con threw a monkey wrench in the shipping schedule but this makes me really worried about my subscriptions since the problem seems to be with the post office and not just a delay in shipping.

Help?

You realize that Customer Service works on "oldest first", so each time you "bump" this thread, it goes to the end of the queue?

I apologize for having missed your thread yesterday. Papa-DRB has the right of it, though: We take care of messageboard threads from the oldest first, so bumping a thread repeatedly just keeps moving it to the back of the line.

As for your books, they seem to have fallen off the tracking in the transition between Mail Innovations and the USPS, but this does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost. It just means that the package did not get scanned into the USPS system for whatever reason. They are definitely running late at this point, but they are not yet so late that we should give up on them. Please give the package a bit more time to arrive, and if you will have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and I will set you up with replacements.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep you posted if I still haven't received my subscriptions. If I still haven't received them should I bump this thread again, make a new one or do something else?

Your best bet, to not get lost in the shuffle, is to create a new thread that explains the issue and links back to this one for further context.

I see thread with "1 post" much more readily than I see a thread with an additional post.
