I have received two Advanced Race Guides, and Ultimate Equipments. However, it appears in my account history that I was charged once. Is it possible I have another account with a subscription attached? If there are two subscriptions, can you cancel the redundancy?

Please cancel my subscription to Pathfinder Battles, including my order for the Rise of the Runelords set. The $519 price is a bit steep for me at this time.

You actually preordered both of these books in addition to your subscription. You preordered the extra Advance Race Guide on order 1720348, placed 06/16/11, and the Ultimate Equipment preorder was on order 1991057, placed 03/04/12. When a subscription is created, the system will cancel any existing preorders for items covered by the subscription. However, when a preorder is placed for a product covered by an existing subscription, the default assumption is that you are looking to get multiple copies of the book (which is pretty common, actually).

I have canceled your Battles subscription, and checked to make sure that you do not have any more superfluous preorders of upcoming books.
