Vital Strike is the closest I know of from the Core Rules, and it is limited in application. However, there is a third party feat called Lighten Weapon in Advanced Feats: Secrets of the Alchemist that lets you use a weapon one size category larger without penalty. I remember that there were some 3.5 feats that let you use bigger weapons too, but I do not know what they were.

I'm pretty sure the name of the 3.5 feat is "monkey grip" (sometimes I scared myself to be able to recall this kind of stuff)
you can also try to enlage yourself from a potion or a tattoo (?)

Slight de-rail...."monkey grip" allowed you to use a two handed weapon in one hand

Lead Blades spell will do that. You could have an oil of it.
Yep, Lead Blades for melee weapons, and Gravity Bow for ranged ones. Those are your best bets.
