I forgot and need a memory refresher: Do you get free languages from your homeland in the Golarion setting?

For example, if I'm from the Land of the Linnorm Kings, do I speak Common + Skald, or just common?

What if I'm not human?

You do get them, but only if you are human. (The relevant rulestext is in the Inner Sea World Guide.)
