so...
suppose a character is possessed by a ... something.
does detect magic or detect alignment show this in any way?
example... a lawful good NPC is possessed by a Chaotic Evil monster.
when the PCs cast detect evil on the possessed NPC do they see the evil?
what if he then does detect good? will he see good also?
will the one detecting evil notice that it seems a little off... like you sence evil but it seems to be flickering or coming from a source deep within.

Unlikely - only if the lawful good NPC actually has the [Good] subtype.

Maybe. Will it enhance the story? Otherwise the Pathfinder rules don't require the GM to give this much information for an at-will 1st level ability.
