Cost of weapons for different sizes

Is there a chart that gives the cost modifiers for sizes other than small, medium, or large? I know small and medium cost the same, and large costs twice as much. I'm curious as to the costs for the other sizes.

I would follow the pricing table for "armor for unusual characters." It follows the same (with the limited sample we have) pricing scheme as weapons as well.
