I started running "Second Darkness" adventure path and me and my group are pretty excited at what is to come. I don't own all the adventures only the first 3 but I saw that in the last one you get to spend some time with the queen of Kyonin.
How do I enable my band of dirty not entierly elven group to romance with a queen of one of the most xenophobic kingdoms in Golarion?
Help me achive this dream pathfinders!

It's whatever the GM wants it to be. There's no official rules from Paizo for it.
There is an alternate use for Diplomacy for Seduction in Rite Publishing's 101 New Skill Uses, but that is a 3rd-party product, so your GM may or may not want to go that route.
Personally I'd call seduction more of a Bluff-related action, but real attempts at romance as more of a Diplomacy-related thing, but again, there are no real, preset rules for it.
Edit: Then again, an honest attempt at just a short term hookup kind of thing could be Dipolomacy as well, as long as you're being honest about it. Basically, are you trying to persuade them with lies (Bluff) or the truth (Diplomacy)? Or are you just trying to impose your will on them (Intimidate)? Hint: an archmage queen of an entire elven nation will not likely respond well to intimidation attempts.

I modified the relationship rules from Jade Regent for use in all my campaigns.
Striking up a platonic relationship requires a GM call. Your initial Relationship Score is equal to your Charisma modifier (and is adjusted as your Charisma changes).
You can increase your score by appealing to that NPC's interests (you must discover what each NPC is interested in through roleplay) once per week. An appropriate gift or action triggers a Diplomacy check (DC equal to current Relationship Score). Success increases the Relationship Score by 1. Beating the DC by 5 or more increases the Relationship score by a total of 2. You can also increase your Relationship Score with a single NPC by 1 automatically when you gain a level.
At certain thresholds, a Relationship changes from Aquaintance to Friendship (6), then to Fellowship (12), and finally Devotion (31).
At Friendship level, the NPC sometimes offers a Boon (Gamemaster Guide).
At Fellowship level, the NPC regularly offers their Boon, sometimes offers a unique boon, and provides a constant morale bonus to Charisma-based skill checks (reflecting the uplifting nature of positive relationships).
At Devotion level, the NPC regularly offers both their boons, and the morale bonus. The PC gains an appropriate Relationship trait (see the campaign traits from Jade Regent). If they already have a Relationship trait tied to this NPC, its benefits double.
Now, as far as romance goes - I assign a Romance Threshold to NPCs that PCs are interested in. The system is as follows: 10 + NPC's Wisdom modifier + 1/2 NPC's CR. Add 2 if the NPC is Lawful, subtract 2 if the NPC is Chaotic. Add 5 per traumatic event in the NPC's life that would make them less inclined to romance. Players do not get to know what this Threshold is, though a Sense Motive check may help (as well as talking to other NPCs). When a PC wishes to attempt a romance at an appropriate time, they make a Diplomacy check against the current Relationship Score. If the check succeeds and the current Relationship Score is equal to or more than the Romance Threshold, the characters have entered a romance.
As far as something more casual goes - a Bluff check that exceeds the Romance Threshold might be enough for a one-night stand, though it may affect advancement of the Relationship Score. It's not something I've spent much time on.
