I'm a bit confused with the relation between the prestige class from Path of Prestige and the Hexes.
"Winter Witchcraft" don't say specifically that you gain hexes, only that the levels stacks for efects.
But later in "Bonus Hexes", says:
At 5th level and every two levels thereafter,
a winter witch gains the following major hexes in addition
to those gained from normal advancement...
what hexes are talking about ?
Option 1- Is implicit in Winter Witchcraft that you gain a Hexe every two levels?
Option 2- The wording of Bonus Hexes is wrong?
Option 3- My English is failing me (again)?
Well, does it have entries in it's table similar to how other prestige classes let you gain caster levels in previous classes except in reference to hexes for the WW?

I agree and it seems to be a deliberate exclusion. However "the level at which she can select major hexes and grand hexes" implies that the designer thought you would have the opportunity to select more hexes.
Perhaps it's intended that you'll take further witch levels in between, or after, your winter witch levels? Since you can qualify at 6th level and winter witch has 10 levels, you'll be doing something else for 5 levels.

Yes, but you only advance the effect of your other witch class abilities and archetype abilities.
But it does indicate that the class gets major hexes and grand hexes, so normal hexes are out, but major and grand hexes are in. At least, that's my read based on the text you quoted.
Soooo seems there is not obvious answer... good candidate to FAQ, then.

You don't automatically get hexes by advancement, but you can always spend your feats on additional hexes.
So, if you are a Witch 5/Winter Witch 5, on your next level, you could spend a feat on a Major Hex instead of just a Hex, if you would like to.
Also, you could always put more levels into regular witch.
Witch 1 - Hex
Witch 2 - Hex
Witch 3
Witch 4 - Hex
Witch 5
Winter Witch 1
Winter Witch 2
Winter Witch 3
Winter Witch 4
Witch 6 - Major HexPretty straightforward from my perspective.
That (and Extra Hex) is a possibility... but seems weird that a Prestige Class text expect you to take levels in the base class. Possible, but strange.
