I'm working on a Rage Prophet for a campaign I'm running, and have run into an issue that I frankly don't know the answer to.
Rage Prophet, at level 8, gains Raging Spellstrength. This allows him to cast spells on himself with the range of "Personal" while raging, without using Clarity of Mind.
That said, what if a spell has a range of Close or further, but he targets only himself? That that change the range to Personal, or does it have to specifically say in the description "Range: Personal"?

RAW? I believe it must say Personal. I am aware of nothing that says that longer range spells becomes Personal when used on yourself. You may speak to your GM though, I have never played a Rage Prophet, but they do not appear so powerful that such a ruling would be broken. That's just my two copper.
