Hi! It looks like this is still pending because Hell's Heart is backordered. Would you please go ahead and ship the rest of the order and include Hell's Heart in next month's shipment?

It actually wasn't Hell's Heart that was holding your order up. Your order was being held up by the Lorefinder book. I have moved this book to your sidecart to out with a future shipment.

Cosmo, I am so sorry to be a pest, but the order is still showing as pending, and Lorefinder doesn't seem to be in a sidecart. Would you please check on it again? I just can't wait to read Shards of Sin -- I've been checking my email every hour or so to see if the order's shipped yet so I can download the PDF! :)
