[PFS boon] Can the Rakshasa, Raktavarna (Improved Familiar), use wands?

Got this as a boon and was wondering if it can use wands? Its a shape changer, but only to weapons. The picture in the Bestiary 3 doesn't show it in its natural form.

No, a raktavarna cannot use wands.

Oh, its a serpent! Missed that in the flavor text. For some reason I was thinking it was like an imp.

amusing question... can you use weaponwand on it in sword form?

(hint, take the wand out before it changes.)

We need some rulings on what living object means, or the table variation is going to be fierce.

* Arcane Pool class feature
* can it be masterwork?
* can it be targeted by spells as if it were an object when it's a living object? which spells? which don't work? (greater magic weapon, forex).
* what happens when you magic fang it, then it uses change shape?
* sunder hits?
