Bestiary Q?

Rules Questions

Been awhile since I have played getting slowly back into it and have a Question about the feats creatures have in the Bestiary.

The group is going to be battling a Huge Air Elemental.

Do I add a +4 to initiative from the Improved Initiative feat? or is it already worked into the Initiative stat for the creature?

Do I add Iron Will to the Will save for the creature? or is it worked in?

I assume Mobility is added into anytime it moves?

Thanks for the help..........

Okay, for improved Initiative, you use your Dexterity modifier, if you pick up the Improved Initiative feat, you add +4 to your total initiative. So, if you have a 16 Dexterity, you have at first a +3 to your initiative, if you pick up Imp. Initiative you add 4 making it +7.

For Iron Will, you just add in +2 to your will save. So, if you are a Monk with an 17 Wisdom, you have already a Base Save of +2, a Wisdom Modifier of +3 and if you pick up Iron Will, you get an additional
+2 making it +7.

It is added anytime an attack of opportuninty is provoked, so if you are shooting a crossbow at point blank range or passing through an opponents square more than once you still add the +4 to AC.

I'm assuming you're using this stat block. If so, yes, everything is already added in (Initiative +13, Will save +5, etc.) as long as it's a constant modifier.

Mobility, however, is excluded as a constant bonus since it only applies against attacks of opportunity.

EDIT: Fixed a major spelling issue...

Great to know , thank you!
