Is there a way to get my GM credit for running a game moved from one character to another? Somehow my credit for our last PFS sessions got added to the wrong character, and now it's saying it doesn't count, because that character already has that chronicle applied.
Also, is there a way to get credits applied where I have the chronicle but the GM didn't report the session, and is now unavailable?
(And I mean "unavailable." I think he may be going to prison.)

You should use your chain of command. First, contact the organizer who applied the Chronicle and advise him of the situation. From there, if he is unable to fix it, you should both contact your local Venture-Officer who should be able to get ahold of the necessary individuals needed to correct the situation. I'm not saying those individuals are the event coordinators who you played under. They could simply be Mike or Mark or someone else within Paizo's Organized Play staff that handles issues such as yours.
Alternatively, there is also a link next to the reported session on your page that says "Report a problem with this session." I've used this link once or twice myself to get problems sorted out. With GenCon currently in the works, it may be a few days before your situation can be gotten to, but it will be looked at.
Finally, as long as you have the physical copies of the Chronicles applied to the correct character, you shouldn't have that huge of a problem. That being said, you don't want to ignore the situation just because you have the physical copies. Be sure to address it courteously and professionally with the folks you come into contact with about it.
Hope that helps.
