Been rereading Cheliax: Empire of Devils, and was interested in the blurb about the Children of the Upper Reach and their unique martial arts style focused on redirecting an attacker's energy back at them.

If I wanted to make a character like this, would taking Crane Style feats be an accurate representation of it? How about the Flowing Monk archetype?

Umm...is this in the wrong place? Should I have it moved?

That's how I'm playing this guy. Flowing Monk, Crane Style, Children of the Upper Reach. Loving it. My favorite character to play, ever.

This might need to be in Advice?

I don't think it's a requirement to have Flowing/Crane, though. You could be a Tetori...probably lots of archetypes and styles could be justified.
