Hello,
Me and my wife are looking for a game to join on Saturday nights from about 6pm till whenever, i'll post a few quick things about us for reference.
- We live in Pawtucket, RI, so anywhere within about 30 - 45 min from here would be fine
- Both of us are in our late 20's, though we're not too concerned with the age group of the gaming session so long as the tone is reasonably mature
- Neither of us smoke and if the gaming group does we would prefer that its not at the table unless we're playing outside
- We do drink a bit of alcohol and would prefer that the table doesn't mind, though neither of us gets drunk at the gaming sessions (I've had more than a few good gaming sessions ruined by people who did)
- We enjoy games that feature a good balance of combat and roleplay. Being able to grow your character beyond the numbers is one of my favorite parts of the game.
- We are both experienced roleplayers, having both played since at least AD&D.
-I also have extensive DM'ing experience and would be willing to help with rules interpretation or running NPC's though i am currently running two bi-monthly sunday games and would like to relax and do some RP'ing for a bit.
- both of us are fairly easy going and can fit in with a wide variety of gaming groups. The only that bothers either of us is very crude/racist humor, other than that we'll probably get along with you just fine.

I don't know of any home groups in your area, but there are a few game stores nearby and I hope to be running monthly Pathfinder Society games at a few of them in the near future.
Game Den in Warren, RI
Friendly Neighborhood Comics in Bellingham, MA (should have a Sept. game)
Stillpoint in Fall River, MA has a weekly PFS game on Saturdays
Battleground Games in Plainville, MA
Game On, The Temple, and Matrix are all in the greater Providence area.
I recommend Temple Con in early Feb in Warwick, RI and TotalCon in late Feb in Mansfield, MA. Connecticon in Hartford, CT in mid-July is a good con too.
Feel free to PM for more info. I suggest you check out the regional Warhorn site to find PFS games running in the area:

Thanks for the good info, always nice to know where the local stores are, i'm partial to rivendell in Rehoboth myself. As for a game though, i'm definitely looking for a home setting, never been comfortable playing in public, i've got feelers out in the Rhode Island Gamer's meetup page, and on Reddit as well. I'll give that a while and probably try a few ads at the local stores to see if i get any bites. I'd join you for the pathfinder adventures, but as i just picked up the sub myself i'll know the plots.

Wish I could help, but I work Saturday nights. Have been trying to find a group for weeknight adventures depending on schedule and some other things going on.
If you are interested let me know, right now I have myself (DM,player), my fiance (brand new to anything RPG and willing to learn) and a friend of mine.
We live in CT and are not far (well within the 30 minute drive time)
