For those that actually have the new Anniversary Edition, can you tell me if I will need all the bestiary books in order to run this AP? I only have the original bestiary 1 and was hoping I didn't have to buy the other bestiaries just to run this AP.
Also, can anyone please tell me how many total maps will I need to be concerned with scanning and printing for the entire AP?

If you're comfortable working with the PRD or d20pfsrd.com, you won't need any additional books.
If you do need a print copy in front of you, though, you'll want a copy of Bestiary 2 for certain, and maybe 3 as well. Bestiary 3 really only gets referenced for some giant spiders, a giant gecko, and Annis Hags, and the hags can be found in the free Bonus Bestiary download.
When it comes to maps, there's a LOT of them. 6 volumes' worth. You might think about a PDF copy of the original map folio if you want to cut out some of the scanning work. Or else a PDF of the book itself, which comes with separate PDFs for the maps and the player handouts, both ready for printing.

Wait, there's a pdf with the handouts? Is that going to be released seperately anytime soon? I got the hardcover and I really don't feel like paying another $40 just to get a the pdf version which I wouldn't use for anything but getting easily printable handouts.
