Assuming the target were dazed, flat-footed, paralyzed, staggered, stunned, or unconsciousness, Flurry of blows would stack with Medusas Wrath, correct?

Benefit: Whenever you use the full-attack action and make at least one unarmed strike, you can make two additional unarmed strikes at your highest base attack bonus. These bonus attacks must be made against a dazed, flat-footed, paralyzed, staggered, stunned, or unconscious foe.

so for example if you were at 14th level, flurry for 5 attacks (+12/+12/+7/+7/+2) and you would get two more unarmed strikes at +7/+7

Yar!

Yes, Medusa's Wrath works with Flurry. Medusa's Wrath also uses your highest attack bonus, so the two bonus attacks from Medusa's Wrath from your example would be at +12/+12.

Ah so! The pirate knows much of monks and speaks the truth . . . although with an accent.
