Witch Patron Spells and "on the spell list"

Rules Questions

Does the witch's patron spells count as spells on their list for purposes of determining if that witch can use a particular scroll or not without needing to roll UMD?

They should. The same issue came up with the Cleric and Domain spell and paizo said somewhere that they are "on that Cleric's list" for all purposses except the 1/day Domain spell restrictions. I wish i could find that post. :(

Any, it should be the same deal, but you never know with Paizo rulings. . . Ha ha ha

If you mean "the patron my witch has selected" I think the answer is YES.
If you mean "all spells on all patrons" I think the answer is NO.

But I'd be hard pressed to find "The Answer" written in print. :\

The first one there, Selgard. I wouldn't dare try to argue the second option you listed to any GM.

"Cast miracle" "cast mage's disjuction" lol wut? The combinations could be fairly humorous if that were possible. That said, a simple UMD would make it all possible. :)

I would vote Yes as well. They are literally on your spell list after all. Plus it only adds another couple of spells so I would imagine it could not hurt things to badly.
