Artificial limbs in pathfinder

I was watching an episode of Storm Hawks call Terra Deep and was wondering if someone could make artificial limbs like the ones some of the Murk Raiders(pirates) had or even something like Auto-mail from Fullmetal Alchemist? How would one make them?

3.5 had terrible half-golem templates that can be worked with, and maybe improved
